Hi, I’m Carla Almeida and I’ve always had a passion to help people. I was born and raised in Portugal and worked as a Licensed Social Worker. That experience drove me to take my desire to help people to another level when I came to America. I’ve been practicing as a professionally Licensed Massage Therapist (New York and New Jersey) for 6+ years.
I’m experienced and skilled in medical massage, which includes post-op surgery treatments, as well as Trigger Point Work/Sports Massage.
During my free time I volunteer with different organizations to help children and families in underdeveloped countries. In 2013, I had the opportunity to go to Mozambique and visit different schools and communities to which we offered food baskets with essentials. Currently I’m volunteering with a US non-profit organization which sewed 5000 masks and donated them to hospitals and nursing homes during the pandemic. We are also supporting an Orphanage in Haiti which feeds 200 children daily.
My goal for every session is to help you reduce tension, pain and promote recovery from surgical procedures.

I’m Nancy Raza, I was born and raised in Colombia and I moved to the US when I was 27 years old. I’ve been a Licensed Massage Therapist for almost 7 years working in spas and physical therapists practices throughout New Jersey and New York.
Graduating from Pacific College Of Oriental Medicine gave me the opportunity to learn a new way to perceive the human body from an easter perspective. It also taught me to understand that although we all have similarities, we have unique needs. Currently, I’m studying at the same school to become an Acupuncturist.
To be effective during my treatments, I use several modalities such as trigger point, stretching, deep tissue, myofascial release,Gua Sha and cupping.
All these years as a Massage Therapist taught me that beyond the physical aspect there is a big energetic connection with each client and being able to contribute to their healing process is priceless for me.
